This is really funny and well executed! Where's the leash?

I would have some suggestions though; add a little extra smallscale warp to the road edges, and a little more displacement on the flat sand. And in fact it's not very logical for a road to wind on such flat plane, so maybe a cactus/tree/rock here and there would give the winding more logic? But I love it.

Nice one - did you realize the right hand cloud looks like a charging beast

fleetwood

I did think that one cloud had that charging creature look. Actually I spent more time on these clouds than anything else.  Agreed, the road edges are problematic, but this is an "unimproved" track. (I forgot to fix them).  I imagine the chicane in the road was built in purely for racing purposes of the little known Tour De Flatland. (that's my story and I'm sticking to it).

Very impressive. I like both images; but, the second one has much better terrain/path setup. Great job fleetwood.

I like em both a lot, especially as they incorporate humour...always a draw for me in any art, painting, stage, music, 3D...they all benefit from humour.
