Cool effect, but cold? Looks like 10 degrees in 'Lerwick' today. Like a nice, spring day. It was -40 with the wind chill where I'm at last week.

hi UI,
I did say chilly, not cold!
it is Scotland after all!
-40 is positively Baltic!! (colloquial)

Baltic, huh? I'm afraid I'm not familiar with that phrase. We just call it November thru February.

Interesting stuff!
Baltic means: very cold and wind
The Baltic Sea is right behind my house....not funny at winter
