How can I use a FOV greater than 60 degrees and not get parabolic cloud distribution?
This one has a FOV of 99 degrees, move textures with clouds on.
I already increased the radius to 30000 for the next rendering and that seems to improve the bending, but it is still too parabolic for me.
I would like horizontal clouds, like almost normal.

I don't think that's possible, it's the lens that dictates how you see/render these clouds. The only hing (IMHO) you could do is render the clouds with a smaller FOV separately and comp them in. Or you could try some masking by stretched cloud fractals, but you'll probably still see the lens distortion.

I think, in order to get clouds like that, not in TG3 atm, but I'd change the render proportions to a much wider than high like a 1600x900 or even 1600x700...just a thought.

Indeed, this is normal camera distortion due to a wider FoV. Real, physical cameras show exactly the same thing. You could try some of the things others have mentioned, or consider trying some kind of distortion adjustment/correction function in e.g. Photoshop.
