The thread became a little spiky too i think :)
Have you looked at maps too Michael? It is the easiest way to see it.

There are a ton of others of course.

LOL, well if you are going to bring up interesting things ;) The map is interesting, Looks like Vlad the impaler should have been sooner  :o

Great little animation, Kadri!
It has been eaten.

::)  :D

Thanks guys.

Asked another friend about the two animations (the other ones isn't here around) and choose the one that is ready to go.
This one will stay as an image.

Looks cool, Kadri! It reminds me of Lord of the Rings a lot.
I'd love to see this with a prerendered GI cache to get rid of the flicker.

Thanks Hannes.
It reminded me too and thus i used the music from the Beacon scene from the Two Towers just for fun :)
I might use this for another project in the future maybe

Tried to look at your animation, but for me it was just black.
A missing codec on my side? Don't know.

Kadri

It is Xvid. I don't know what you use to play, have you tried it with another player? VLC,Media player classic for example?
I use VLC but sometimes Media Player can play what VLC can't. Those together served me very nice until today.
If you still can't play it i can use another codec and upload it ones more.

j meyer

Just tried it again with the media player,no success.
Quicktime says it needs something additional and can play that kind
of media.
Media player and Media center load it without complaints or messages,
but play it black.Didn't encounter that before, usually I get messages
when they can't handle something.
But don't do extra work, please, since the others could see it.
I take it for granted that it's as nice as your other vids, which I could see.

Kadri

I had those problems 1-2 times too before. Not sure why.
The animation is nothing major but still here is the H264 version.
2 minutes of hard work ;)

The feeling of height is breathtaking. Great!

Thanks Kadri, but no joy with this one also.
At least this time Media player and Quicktime produced the usual
messages.

Kadri

Wow that is interesting.
I used Handbrake this time.
Curious if others does have the same problem?
I will make another one with Sony Vegas this time.

Download Potplayer. It plays almost everything and it is a good player.  ;)
