No, surprisingly, as I'm a lot further north than you are.  But we're getting hit by Chinooks this month.

There comes a point in our lives when we must make a decision ...move to a more friendly climate. I would suggest Arizona.

Lady of the Lake

And I suggest Rio Grande Valley Texas.   Supposed to get cold here tomorrow.....all the way down to 65 degrees F.   ;D

Warning- RANT !!!  Eastern Connecticut through Boston might as well be in the Arctic Circle. Did not snow a flake till almost January first, and now it won't stop.  Paid 200$ to have my roof shoveled off. (first time ever) There is a chunk of ice teetering off the upper level of my roof, that must weigh a couple hundred pounds. It's positioned right over a garden window in the kitchen. Will have my homeowners insurance company on speed-dial when that sucker breaks free. Had to clear a path for for an oil delivery tomorrow. When I got to the corner of the house to access the oil fill pipes, the snow that had accumulated, and fell off the roof, repeatedly, and the snow shoveled off my roof - it was almost up to my chest! My plow guy is going to go to Fort Lauderdale soon with all the money I have paid him, and a kid that went to school with my boys was just killed, inching out into traffic. (You can't see at traffic intersections cause there is a six foot wall of snow on both sides of the road.) RANT over.  Think Spring Billy.

It's so funny, hardly anyone complains about heat records being broken, but when it gets cold and the snowflakes fly it's big news and the fretting starts. As for myself, I like me a real winter (and the other 3 seasons as well). It has been way too warm and more importantly dry in my neck of the woods so far, so the white stuff is definitely welcome.

San Diego is not too bad.  We spend a lot of time wishing for rain though.

Central California (Sacramento) ... severe drought. Definitely not white. I'd love some of that moisture our way. :/

Atlanta has been lucky so far. No snow or ice except in the North Georgia mountains. It is just a matter of time until the rain we have been getting (bunches) and the temperature get in sync.............then all hell breaks loose. My sister lives in Tennessee around Knoxville and said it had been white for at least 2 weeks............snow, freezing rain, and ice. Now the weather service is calling for that crap down here again for the next 2 to 3 days. Stocking up on food............bread, milk, alcohol......the necessities.  ;D

Its 37°F (3°C) in Houston. My banana plants are holding out.

-5 around Copenhagen plus some extra cold wind from the North Pole. No snow yet but it can show up anytime. Few years ago we got snow in beginning of April. That was weird...

It was pretty cold in the office today. Now I'm warming it up by doing a 60 second HD Terragen animation with the render farm.  It's starting to get comfortable now. When I come back in the morning it will be nice and toasty.
