Population flicking

Hi,
what's the best strategy to deal with population flickering in V3 animation ?
I guess that increase AA in best way to deal with but with a important rendering time cost....
Any better solution ?
Object quality have an impact in RTO mode (in quality or speed) ?

Just as info my current specs.
Quality : 6.5
AA : 7
cloud layer : secondary off (because to much quality needed to get noise free clouds drop shadow on surface).
Animation check button used.
Gi 4/4, baked and interpolate.
atmo : 64
1920*1080
Render Time 2H30.

There are multiple sources of flicker/grain/noise. AA is the most likely cause in many cases, but it may not be the only one, or the most important one to change. It's always best to see a sample image, or even better, a sample *animation*, to help advise the best adjustments to fix it.

The Object Quality has no effect when rendering with Raytraced Objects.
