I'm assessing which product works best to perform UAV data processing for precision agriculture in a AWS G2 environment. I'm looking for a large workflow setup where many UAV data collection teams will bring data (and upload) for fast processing of images. Initial requirement is to use about 6cm/px resolution for RGB. We also will use MultiSpec (NIR and Thermal). We've used Pix4D in the past and seems to work ok, not great at stitching images and it is painfully slow in generating reflectance maps, DSM and contours maps. Forget about point clouds... It's almost unusable. We also need extensive API (of command line support) to script all the processing from a backoffice, no need to have GUI interface as most of the raw data will be consistent. Looks like Pix4D and PhotoScan may be the top contenders for the job, but I'm curious if you think differently and why.

Thanks a lot. O
