Cloud holes

I can't figure out as to why there are tiny dotty holes in my clouds over my planet test. I wanted to have some nice soft billowy cloud tops here and there to be visible from space. If anyone can figure out what is causing this, thank you.

It's the altitude offset that pushes holes into your main clouds.

That is what i thought but to be safe and sound i figured i'd post the issue anyways.
