I would try to add a little more variation to the ground but i still like it.

Agreed and if you are really brave try the Procedural erosion shader.   

Also, where is your sky? It seem rather dark. Curious.

I took out a lot of my color palette on the sky/rock etc so I could get the rock structure the way I wanted first for faster rendering times, now I'l just go back in and some goodies:-)

Alright, that makes sense. Sometimes i check off the atmosphere to test terrains only when rendering.
