I couldn't find what I thought was an appropriate topic for this, so thought I'd do this real quick.

I haven't tried it yet.
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Now, that looks cool. It's in 3ds, too, which is nice.

That's cool.  If anyone gets it, I would love to see how it shows up in TG2.

Yes, very nice model and mapping on that baby, great find Calico. How many textures does it take I wonder? is the next question to see if it can even make it into tgd2 with the 16 texture limit, or do we have to import it into other apps to get a good texture render hahaha /winks Nice find though brother.

The home site for the submarine is at http://www.vanishingpoint.biz/productdetail.asp?ProductID=1100

Bazze has many great models that would work well in TG2.

And as far as being 3ds, TG2 will accept obj just fine.  You dont have to use another app to use more than 16 textures; a bit of messing around with the shaders and you can add all the textures you want.

Hay there,

Wow I have been messing with some of the files and have been kinda getting away with stuff and I have I think found a way to bringing in the bump maps also, refer to my image post for today to see what I mean here on rendo with the tower. But it ain't easy for sure.

But, do you?, would you? have a quick tutorial or a good quick explanation of that little trick work around by chance you are talking about? I sure could use it as some of my models I want to get in have like 40-60 textures and sub-mapping is out for now in tgd2.

So if you could share that thought more, I am sure not just I will be forever in your debt my friend. /bows......
