Feature Request for populations

Searched and could find this request.

Working with rocks this week I noted that the population seeding only allows variance in the Y-axis rotation. with such things as rocks variation in all 3 axis would help the varied look of a population.

I think this has been requested before, actually (a long time ago) and I think that Planetside is planning on working on that.
