Lost Key File

Greetings!

I have recently relocated to a new PC, but in doing so I've lost my key file for TG3. I logged into my account on the store and attempted to fill out the contact form there, but the captcha there refuses to agree with me regarding the code it is showing - and I swear to you I typed it in correctly at least several times through 

Is there someone that can take pity on this poor Soul?
