Very interesting to see all of the manufactured steel in this context. Overall, it is very neat.

No 3. More sense  ;)

That looks amazing, Ulco!!

Looks a bit like Myst...
What is that hole in the mountain with the light in it?
Howgh!

Dune

It's based on a story I started to write when I was young (16 or so) about a double world, where a guy in a desert constantly wondered what those things were that stuck out of the ground. Until he discovered a way to get through to the world below. Turned out he and his people lived on a giant roof, made to protect the world against some hazard from outside (sun nearing its final stages or so).

That's just a hole in the grounhd with light in it  ;)

Beautiful Ulco!
I am glad I have not been able to spend too much time on my meagre efforts... I would feel a bit more disheartened!,
Seriously though, the story is intriguing, and the props and scene, set this up well!

Amazing concept and an equally amazing series of renders! Not surprising from from a genuine Terragen Master!

Nice concept and great images Ulco. Reminded me of Myst too :)

Dune

I'm a big fan of Myst, I can't deny it any longer  ;)
