Upgrade pathway

Morning all,

Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere ; I haven't been able to find it.

If I have a purchased a copy of T3 Professional (1 workstation without animation) , will I be able to 'upgrade' or indeed receive any discount if I intended to purchase Terragen 4?

Yes, definitely. Try to login to your account in the online store. If you don't see upgrade options (at a discount) when you are logged-in, contact us at support AT planetside.co.uk and we'll take care of it.

All I can see is an upgrade for T3 with animation and a 1 year maintenance plan for $350!

I won't ever want the animation - I'm just a home user.

Your account had the wrong status. I have updated it and you should now see the correct upgrade price of $249.

All Terragen products now include animation as of version 4.

Would this be the same upgrade price for all products? I have creative, so would the upgrade price be the same for that as well, or higher?

The upgrade price for Creative depends on whether you are upgrading to TG4 Creative or TG4 Professional (both include animation). You should see actual pricing for each if you are logged-in to the online store.
