Started playing with the new clouds just now, and decided no to try the conventional use for a cloud.
So I made a simple, small, localized cloud, ant set the sliders for edge sharpness, coverage adjust and density to max.
Added base wispiness, and then inverted the profile.
The result is a sort of cloud pebble.

After that I put a light in it and turned off the sun.
I think the shadows from the voxels in combination with the starburst and bloom effects create a diamond like sparkle, or a star nebula depending on the light's strength.
Howgh!

Nice. Looks like it could be tried as ice too.

Cool experiment. If you could have this universal size (but you can't), it would be a great universe. Nice to play around with in fantasy like renders.

Cool playin mate...I like the tune...will mess around with this when I get back from the Beach Jam today...

Because of your comment, Kadri, I went on to test some more. Used simple shape shaders (they work in succession) on a cloud layer v3. Set al the edge sharpness settings to extra high values and tried.
First I had 4 walls, later added another cloud layer for the lid of a box.

The night versions all have only the one light in the middle of the box. the clouds seem to behave more like frosted glass...

Next will be a flat cloud plane, with a plane behind is that has luminescent texture, for even backlight.

Interesting. Wish i had time to test too. Keep it coming.
