Terragen 4 Final?

I pre-purchased and received the email a few days ago saying i'd be sent a link to the final installer and new key but i've not received it yet. My beta copy has now gone into limited mode.

Has anyone else received an email yet?

I think a number of people have. You might want to check with PLanetside staff to see if theyhave the right contact info.

I'm also waiting for my license file. I guess Planetside staff is pretty busy with contacting every single customer.

Same here for me: received the mail Planetside sent out three days ago to pre-purchasers, but have not received any keyfile. But Planetside are probably working on it (I hope

)

Perhaps someone in the staff could enlighten us here collectively through the forum?

OK so it's not just me then.

The original email said i'd get the key by Sunday and i've not heard about further delays so just wanted to make sure mine hadn't gone missing.

Mason I know the contact details are correct because I got the email from them a few days ago saying I'd get the key by Sunday.

I received my keyfile just now, along with a mail from Planetside explaining that they are working hard to send out all keyfiles and links. So hopefully it's on it's way to all of you others:-)

Strange, your license key was sent on September 5th to your email address (same as the one in the forums). Did you check spam? Perhaps you can whitelist @planetside.co.uk email addresses and then we'll send again? Or give us an alternate address?

i searched up my account and did not find an Email from you.
All of the former Emails just went fine. The last Email i got from you was on 2. September about the 72 hours Runup.
The Email with my last licence key attached (for 3) was also coming nicely.

So i dont know what i can do on my side.

I am a little confused. Do i only get another License key ... or link to installers aswell ? And when do i see the installers in the Download area on my Account on planetside.co.uk ?
