If anyone can figure this out that will be most welcome. Issue being is the clouds are supposed to reveal some size subtraction at the assigned altitudes from the surface layers attached to the cloud density, however nothing is changing.

Try something like -50 in the "Limit maximum altitude".

I found it fastest to see what was happening by using only one of the restricting surface layers connected to the cloud at a time. Then while using the RTP with atmosphere display active I could just slide the surface layer's altitude value up and down until various effects started to show up.
Got this type of thing eventually.

It just shrinks the entire cloud as if the altitude limits are not doing anything. Strange it was working at one point.

It seems to be working but I will have to test this some more. It seems very iffy at times.

This is an example. Not sure if it helps.

Edit: By the way "Final position" isn't important here. It was just a leftover from playing around.

Thank you. I think I figured it out as I might as overlooked something in there, that or something else was happening. A bit of a meticulous thing.

Happens all the time to me. Especially with those slope and altitude options.

Indeed.

It certainly is. You can animate a disintegrating UFO now ;)
