With a little displacement from the texture map and some additional texturing they look very nice, maybe not so much for close ups but certainly for Carel Willink-style images.

By the way guys, you can get the METs entire image collection from thier website. Anything that they have that is in the public realm, you can use their photos without restraint, no royalties!

Oh yeah, Carel Willink like, really. Nice idea, René. I'm a big fan of his work and your render kind of has that feel already. Might be nice to make some Willink work, so good business is slow  :P
