Oh yeah! This movie got some killer CGI!

Unbelievable. Who would have thought this 20 years ago...

Good enough to be 'unbelievable' for sure. I'm lucky enough to have a 65" 3D  TV (LG OLED) and have viewed this movie many times (as well as viewing at the Real3D movie theater). This one is a new standard imo. The combination of procedural and scanned meshes create an immediate reality. The animation of the creatures is mind-boggling. The texturing, lighting and compositing are masterful. Then the story and action are both classic and compelling. Great stuff!
