? Unpacked both files from both locations with 7zip and winrar. Just a mtl file? No object or textures. Archive equals 11.1 meg.
Have I not done something properly to unpack?  ...or is that what ya ment by "gather them all"?   

Great looking textures. The ones that can be seen on the renders anyway...
