The text from Bettina (we'll call her Betty) had read 'Come Quick' so he'd cycled 10 k, uphill most of it, got here in under an hour and she hadn't looked up from her tablet since he arrived. Humph!

This started when I downloaded the lovely Balmora House from Beliss and then chanced upon the awesome
Mountain Valley terrain by NafeCarg   .
Well at that point the die was cast as I'd just found that lovely Pine tree by Klas Kruse at terralights.de as well and had converted it to .tgo.
The Noble  One was a natural as a reason for the twist in the road.
phillipe and bettina from the new xoio collection and the bicycle is from papyus at renderosity free stuff.
I only noticed the swollen road surface at 02:10:33 when I got back from a jam session so I'll fix that but had to let this finish as a WIP.

Here's the far shot with the repaired road..previous nowrendering. Forgot to set it before I went to sleep and I've been out most of today. It'll be a few hours at least.

I really like the distant shot! Great vista. But not sure I understand why the road looks like that? Do I miss something? Then the house is very lonely there. Some additional stuff around like fence, flower...etc would be great imho.

Great stuff Bobby 8)

The road is a total screw-up that I couldn't get working. I may in fact start again on the road. The road itself is too warped and I should have spent the original time smoothing it and the verge is too wide. It's a holiday area like Banff in Canada here and the original idea has more cabins   (I have a few)along the road but no fences are planned atm.

Really like the distant one.  This one is going great places. :)

This is one to keep following up on. I love how the edges are softer and uneven on the edges of the road. Good surfaces too!
Great little abode also. I love the lines of that one!

What a frustrating story that she didn't even look up... I absolutely agree with "Humph!" - couldn't say it in a better way  ;) ;D

Nice landscape, Bobby!

What a nice place to relax! 8)

Too bad she was so deep in the Morrowind game for more than a "Oh hi Phil"; seemed to have forgotten her panicked text she'd sent....He'd had a feeling when she had the Morrowind styled house built that he'd, for all intents and purposes, lost her....to a video game!

Cool to see the image evolve. Far more patience than I can muster.
Not to nit-pick, just an observation that caught my eye.
Tree trunk on far left lacks the dimensional aspect of the other tree trunks.
Odd shadow angle maybe?
