Thanks Ron. Yeah I was dithering about cutting/replacing that one. It doesn't seem to fit with the other foliage. At present I'm adding a lake and a dock, possibly a boat tied up as well so will deal with that tree as well.

added a dock and Rayven's Grungy boat with an insert I made to mask out the water. A bit lo res but i wanted to see it at full size. Dunno what's up with the water, was perfect in the 3D preview window...C&C welcome as always...I'm enjoying this scene.

I definitely prefer this POV. The mountains in the background are more realistic to.

I'm happy with this. I might do things differently were I to approach this type of scene again like more diversity in the mtn forest but my machine was gasping for air with what's here now.
