this model is in LWO format....I found it on the net...its $5.00 on turbosquid but I found it for free on another site but only if you installed their toolbar....

the file is about 650 KB and cannot be uploaded here so here it is.....

I am having trouble getting this to work in TG2......the leaf wont show up....just the branches in the leaf....

I would also like to convert this model to OBJ format if anybody has any tools to do that, would be appreciated.....

Blender opens the file no problem.

You do have to assign a shader to the object which is actually in 2 halves from what i can see.

As soon as I have a clue how to package it so you can use it.. I'll post it...as a tgo or as an obj.

My guess is ...someone more efficient than me will have done this by the time I figure it out.. and yes.. to a first timer .. Blender is a nightmare...

Rest assured... the object can be used in TG.. I did a test...!

If the image doesn't show.. it's a pebkac (problem exists between keyboard and chair !)

Because I thought the first one hadn't been sent.. just .mac mail being a bit vague..it left a copy in the drafts folder..so I assumed it hadn't gone..silly me !
