Very cool—it becomes a completely different continent. I hadn't realized how much of Antarctica's "landmass" consists of icesheets covering the ocean or ocean bed. Nice work, and thank you for sharing the link to the displacement map.
Now I'm wondering what the entire globe would look like with all icesheets melted—using the bedrock displacement map and adjusting the sea level. Might be a dramatic way to show how much H2O is locked up in the two polar regions.
