Link in post footer, I think you can add that in your profile, so that every post you make your url for your gallery or things TG related would be the last items of your posts. I see it here often.

Update: Paste your url in your signature text box of your profile setting...

Was this done with Classic Erosion by Daniil Kamperov, or World Machine, or something else?  Very impressive indeed!

No World Machine.
