So as my favourite topic is cliffs, it would be a shame not to enter the cliffs contest : P
Though I'm not sure what direction I should take, but I thought maybe a more realistic- Northern, Ireland like seaside rocks should be fun.
The test render was aborted after 7 hours because there was no point waiting as  I knew what to tweak- I'll render a new version tonight.

Good start. I'm sure we will see a LOT of images (and inspiration) coming from you :)
Good luck!

I have different rock formations, not sure if I should make a more photo realistic picture , or some more alien planet cliff scene, with interesting forms.Maybe some water -desert contrast?

Oshyan

Some fantastic options already! The problem for you will be choosing just one scene to work on, and one image from that scene to submit. ;)

Wow! You already have a few super fantastic structures, especially 'deseert erosion'.
The heat is on!

An alien planet can be photo realistic too. It would be a challenge but not impossible.

Of course!Bad wording, what I meant is a more "realistic scene" Something more ordinary Earth like.

Going to keep us in suspense until final render? ;D Hope you have not had a relapse.

Just a little update, I was concentrating on other things, 3ds max modelling, drawing a comic book, illustration, anatomy practice etc.
But I still managed to make a ...few hundred TG renders. ANd I got a little help from a friend for rendering etc.

Here's the newest.
