creating waves

Does someone knows how I can make waves like this?
Dell T5500 with Dual Hexa Xeon CPU 3Ghz, 32Gb ram, GTX 1080
Amiga 1200 8Mb ram, 8Gb ssd

You should be able to mix some stretched PF ridges noise to make that pattern.

Actually I can also create a displacement map of this picture...

Try this clip....I do not know who to credit, I have had it a long time....

If nothing else, look at how the fractals are stretched.....
