Recently added plugin available for Blender
Easy to use custom figure generation. Recent posts showed some models that resemble the features that can be done with this plugin.....grotesque, obese, fantasy....
Poseable....also tutorials.....
Plugin comes with a few basic skins textures and all models are basically bare skinned. Tutorials available for clothing that do not seem too complicated, especially for you who already get this stuff.

Slight musclular adjustments....easy

I have that impression that all models imported into TG are loosing some details along the way. Human models, with all the complexity of the human body, especially.

I don't mind models having no chest hair or visible finger wrinkles but I still notice that e.g. face expressions are waaay off the original. :-\ That's why I'm generally used to paste in humans from other software.

There is a displacement image for these, I did not apply it yet. The model itself is very defined, so let me try that first. :)
These are meant to be "dressed" but you that know how to do UV maps etc, I am sure could make this easy peasy.

If you want hair/fur that is done with a vertex group particle system in Blender. Other programs may just paint it on, dunno.

And while we are on that subject, Most programs that generate a model have surface finishes that are not always readily available in Terragen. Hannes and others have done a great job of explaining how to get what is not automatic to compensate.

when I edited these to export I had to remove every finish I knew would not transfer to Terragen. Mix nodes, transparency, gloss, add, ramp....so ....  :o

Changing the NORMAL map to a GRAYSCALE high contrast image will give you more contours. This is set displace at 1. About 0.3 works for wrinkled knuckles.

Yeah, the list gets pretty long all things considered. That's why I cut corners and just do it the old, easy way. ;) When you render the first plan, be it vegetation, rocks or whatnot, as an extra output you can blend that in front of the pasted model as an alpha channel and get a very nice result. But I understand - TG was not created for modeling and rendering human beings.

The final (for now?) image has much more definition. Looks like you are getting a good command of this software.

Oh.....okay, I see what you mean now. Yes, been there done that as an old Paint Shop tuber....making transparencies layers with pine tree tubes to decorate Terragen mountains.... :)

Taking the nodes isn't too bad, since the model is mostly one uv map with several add ons.....just block select....hit delete...done.

Looks like displace works....maybe 0.04 would be better ;D
