Pre-Purchase Terragen 2 (Windows XP/2000)

I have emailed registations@planetside about upgrading from a previously registered Terragen v0.9, but have heard nothing back. Does anyone know how long the planetside reply turnaround is?

You should receive a response within 2 days at most; usually it's faster. When did you send your original message?
