I rendered this a few weeks ago. I think I am finished with this image but critic is welcome. I had intended for this to be just a snow scene, but the greenery started creeping in. There is a lake to the left (just visible)but I didn't bother rendering from there as i liked this particular aspect of the mountain. There is a slope on the terrain so putting in a lake was problematic.

The terrain is from world machine (Forgive me) and is the same landscape used in the post i did called Arid Landscape.(Lack of time)

Nice, some time ago I posted some maps that turn the free Fir tree into a snowy on, I think they are in File Sharing

This looks great. The grassy alpine meadows is captured well imo, right down to glacier boulders left behind.

I especially like the rocks also.

Looks great.

Wonder how that would look with a raking backlight.

Wow, this is rather nice! But I share the curiosity about a backlight version...

Thanks all for the comments. I had to google "raking backlight". I will try that and see what happens.

Very beautiful and very realistic. All from the meadow to the rocks - big like!
