trying to create something like our mother earth millions years ago...
some postwork (contrast) on photoshop...
it's not the final render yet but i would like to have some avdices to improve this...

well....for starters...a bigger render would help here.....

render's on it's way... but the first one took me almost 18 hours... so.... i am afraid about the 800x600 that's rendering right now !

Everything looks fine except the clouds in the upper left.  Maybe the lighting needs some tweaking.

It looks cool, but almost 18 hours..... May I ask what your cloud and atmosphere quality settings where set to?

atmo 64 and cloud 0.7...

Hmmm..... then why does it take so long to render? Well.... I like it anyways

damn here is the result after 46 hours...
i need to change the light and most of all, to work on my strata texture... it looks like sh*t...
anyway... i am going to do some other thing for the next 2 to 3 days and come back to it ^^
i must admit that i can't stand waiting so long to see the result of a render... i just need to do some more experiment on TG2...

pas trop fan de tes palmiers je trouve que cela ne va pas trop bien avec le reste de l'image .
C'est quand meme du bon boulot !
ton ordi doit etre costaud, car le mien au bout de 46 heures, il serait  sous perfusion  !!! lol

héhéhé ben pourtant c'est une vieille bécane... merci pour la critique ! je pensais rajouter un peu de végétation mais si tu penses que ça ne colle pas...

si , une végétation est une tres bonne idée, seulement, faudrai trouver une espece qui irai mieux avec le reste de ton image .... mais j'avoue , je seche !!
