Main mountain from world machine, trees from speedtree. Used a lot of the paint shader to mask in mountains and other features. Took about 2 hrs to render.

Very nice vista, the midground could use some bushes or high grasses. Still a very nice render

Dune

I think the midground green is a bit flattish indeed, but I also think you can do that procedural (fake grass; just two no-color tiny, elongated fake stone shaders would do). Real grasses would be too small to really see. Some patches of bushes also, yes.
Otherwise I really like this wide open vista. Great.

Some rocks and some bushes will increase the beautiness.
