Unknown filter error saving with "Save as..." and replacing file

Got this error when saving the project as a new name replacing an older project. Not sure what it's about. Had been saving (over 24 incremental) in it's original name just fine. Nothing changed in Render 01 besides changing antialiasing method and GI. Running 4.2.10

We've seen this once before, but could never reproduce it. Are you able to reproduce it reliably?

I tried saving a project a bunch of times and than overwriting another project and got no error, so I'd say no. Very strange. That's the only behavior I can really think of that triggered it as I never really touched the camera, and i even imported that camera to see.
