The main 'problem' is to get high detailed facial photo's to get different people. And it's a bit embarrasing to ask friends to pose for Neanderthals

Yeah, I know these guys. Great work. If I want my heads to pop like theirs, I have to do more sculpting in ZB. Not necessary yet, though, for my current commissions.

So you mean ordinary people, but various face types, I guess.
You could try www.3d.sk, if you don't find enough free stuff.
