Trying to keep my hand in on this old DELL while the workstation is down, sigh. This is just a grasses scene using 3 Dune grasses 3,4 and 7, and a Sketchfab standing stone...thanks for checking it out...at 13+ hours rendering i think this is done for now.

Wow, that a bit long of a render time. Though, I have to say, the final piece is worth it for that Dell. I love the Monolithic-like stone and the field set against the sky.

I suspect it's the cloud clip I used from Henry...the sky took 10 of those hours

Don't do the render if you can't do the time... well... something like that. :P

Hehe, just kidding. I think it was worth it.

Thanks man, when the workstation gets back on it's feet I may play around a bit more with this...needs some tweaks but this old DELL won't handle it.

Well worth the wait! Nicely done. Reminds me of one of my favorite places.

I was wondering that myself. It would be a good challenge. The base terrain is available at 1 arc-second resolution. The ground surface is mostly peat. The stone surfaces might be the hardest part, with several centuries of weathering and layers of lichen.

I think it's not too hard to make such a (beautiful) stone from a cube in TG.

Yes, could not that top indentation be done similar to how the arch TG preset is done? Great challenge, get after it!
