I cannot figure out something. My workstation got only SATA II connection. Now I found a PCI-E card that gives SATA III connection. So can I just plug my SSD to this card and have the full speed of the ssd?

Thx Pablo. I ordered the card. Lets see if will have more data transfer. My current ssd on Sata II port read and writes about 250Mb/sec. This is not bad at all but if I can double that with the Sata III port... :D
