 Autumn snow

Hi after driving around Austria the last month gave me some inspiration to do this
picture so I changed the color of the Xfrog tree leaves and give this ago but its a bit to much of the same
tree sooooooooooo i went and brought the Xfrog europe 1 edition  ;D so maybe
my next landscape will have a bit more to it think i'll redo
this one when my trees come in and see how it looks then

                        Thanks
                         John

this is not bad at all.....although the trees in middleground looks like billboards...or maybe its just me....

I like it except something in it looks flat...
So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Just rotating one of the red trees so that they look less alike would help.   ;)

I think the flatness comes from the sun being almost directly behind the camera. Try moving the sun a little to the side.

If I was taking a photo of this scene in the real world I would take my camera off to the right a bit assuming that there was no obstruction

Sorry to add to the whinges because this is a good scene   :-[

the sun is not behind the camera...look at the shadow of the roof.....

I think part of the problem is that the contrast/colour of the surfacing doesn't change enough with distance. This is probably related more to lighting and atmosphere settings.  Moving your nose away from the screen also helps  ;)

Perhaps some more AA for the foreground objects but quite nice overall.

On the right of the image the sun is not far off falling straight onto the trees and this is where they look flat.
