Seems the fatter the trunk the more/darker colour that becomes apparent in the bark...yours must be more immature trees

Hi Bobby sorry but I don't know exactly what you want to tell me exactly. In my images it is about Ghost Gum and not Red Gum as in your examples. They are two different kinds of eucalyptus and obviously the bark is not the same.
