Just an experiment. With Danill's erosion it's possible to use the render water surface to get flat streams and rivers. However you get very smooth banks and breaking those up can cause issues.

Indeed a nice scene if a tad dark, maybe a bit of over exposure would help from my point of view...

It appears dark to my eyes also, but love the scene.

Thank you, It is dark but I was wary of increasing the exposure too much. Also I was more intent on the technicalities the scene presented. I will experiment more.
