A problem about rotating clouds.

There is a problem rotating the clouds at an angle. The black line is a basic idea for the preferred angle. Any help will be welcomed.

Try to stretch the clouds (scale 1, 1, 5) in the cloud fractal or a transform node and then use a transform node to rotate as many degrees as you wish (looks like maybe -60 in your image if the camera is facing North).
