I'm kind of a beginner to Terragen 2 and was wondering if it was possible to save a certain view? I have saved my files, but each time I open the file, it goes to the default perspective. I figure that I could retype in the same coordinates, but how can I get the exact camera tilt and everything? Is there any way that I can get rid of the default view?

Thanks.

right below 3d preview you can hit set to render camera.

if you want to change the default scene you get when you load up terragen to a custom one, you can open up the default scene and then make changes and save it.  The default scene is located in the isntall directory, in a folder called Terragen 2.ucr, which has another folder named Generic.  There you can find default.xml, the default file that is loaded when terragen runs.

Don't do that :-). If you mess up the default file or need it again then you're in trouble. TG2 allows you to select any project file for the default scene, in the Startup preferences panel. It's documented here:
