We had a spring storm drop a final dusting of snow on the mountains today, and then roll off in misty grandeur.  Had to try to capture just a bit of that feel in Terragen!

I tried a new technique (for me) in this one.  I positioned a Castellanus layer about where I wanted it, then duplicated it.  I made one copy denser, and the other less dense and softer.  Still hardly any real control over the clouds, but it gave me close to the look I was going for here, which made me happy.

Cool! I used this technique as well some time ago. I think the denser cloud layer in your image looks a bit like foam in a bubble bath. Maybe you could make it a little less dense and use another seed in your cloud fractal, since especially this shape has some strange outcrops?

Like it! great clouds and an interesting technique.
