There's only one stadium in the scene, and it's an imported model. Or do you mean a specific substance designer material with stadiums?

Yeah there is a substance designer city material that went around for awhile that was pretty popular. The stadium reminded me of it. Can't seem to find any example of it being used anymore outside a sphere though.
