The scattered remnants of a passing mountain storm.  I'm quite happy with how the foreground turned out, still not completely sure about the background sky.  It's at least close to what I was going for though.

I attached a couple versions, a more naturalistic view, and one with heavier post-processing.  Which do you like better?  I think version 2 is striking, but maybe a bit much?

Lady of the Lake

Version one is my favorite.  Very natural looking.

The shores look amazing with the rocks. Is that a population?

Thanks!  The shore rocks are fakestones.  I think the intermingled grass helps to sell them.  The larger rocks in the water are from Sketchfab.

Dune

First one is great, second one too harsh for my taste. One minor crit is that the clouds are a bit on the hard side (again, my taste), and they seem to have the same slope as the strata, which seems a bit unnatural. I think it would look much better with softer clouds and different seed, also to give the eye some rest in certain parts of the landscape.

I agree with Dune - but never the less it's a great image.

Nice and moody
Nice composition
You could noodle on this for days and come up with fun variants

Try an erosion pass on those BG mountains, and it'll seal in the flavor.

Amazing work. is the 'mist' a cloud layer?

I think both are great though I am more drawn to the first one, but that's just personal preference

Stormlord

Verry good composition, very moody and calm.
The colors fit excellent in contrast, very balanced and calm.

My favorite is the first one

Thanks for the feedback all, it's helpful!  The mist is a v2 cloud layer.

Here's a remix of the clouds, with another light erosion pass on the background.

The last one is better. It's not easy to work with a very dense sky with 3D.
