This is not usually my style where objects are the focus of attention, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway.  Some of the buildings do not have roofs for some reason.  And I Shopped the contrails coming off the fin tips, so forgive my lack of artistry there.

If you intend to pursue this, I'd give the buildings an overall drab grey and dirty color, and hang some thicker cloud above, so the craft stands out. Or have low light through mist in town (receive shadows from objects), and add a (or some) spotlight(s) onto the craft, maybe from down below.
The shine is off the vehicle, is that on purpose?
Also, haul the city trhough Poseray and weld and recalculate normals (default 35 degrees will probably be fine); on the left some polys are very visible.

I agree with Ulco.
Definitely an image to refine a bit more. Looks a bit plasticky at the moment, but there's potential.

I kind felt that the buildings looked way too pristine myself.  I had changed the colors a tad, though.

I often struggle with objects "out-of-the-box", so this will probably not be a regular avenue that I will venture down.

The city is a .tgo rather than Wavefront object, and it looks like it can be saved as such for PoserRay editing, but that I'm sure presents more issues than I'm willing to deal with.
