Why clouds are not generated in the horizon?

There is always an empty gap. Shouldn't the clouds curve at the horizon?

By default V3 clouds have a set radius (between 50000m and 200000m), this can be increased as much as you like, to the horizon if desired.
V2 clouds (Global) have the ability to have a limiting radius but this is set to OFF by default.
