Very nice scene. You're well on your way again! Composition is also a thing that is important, placing objects and items, colors, and all, such that your eye will be lead through the landscape in a smooth way. Like a branch, or a 'row' of pebbles pointing in the direction your eye needs to go to the 'next important place' and so on. Not that it's lacking here, but it's nice to think about and try out things.
