Save as JPG

Hi all,

why we cant save a picture as Jpg-File? Is there a reason for?

Can't speak for Planetside but it is a choice that is related to use only good image formats (yeah there could be more formats like PNG etc.) probably.

Would be maybe good to have JPG for some quick and dirty works and tests.
But for a serious work JPG it is a bad lossy format and you can change image formats easily in any Photo editor
or with software like Xnview.

Rea Convert is great..can just right click image(s) in folder and select convert and format. Can even convert from EXR 32bit.

HEIC JPEG would be cool for TG. It has good quality. But converting images with other programs is an annoyance. Especially to share issues with thr software in support.
