... makes a little wine.  :)

I suppose I should spend time on the clouds and stuff, but I already put over 140 rendering hours into this. Not that it took that long - 30 hours before I realized I had the wrong camera hooked up, 35 or so to realize I'd moved an object and buried it...    ::)

Oops - credits. The cobblestone bitmap and bumpmap are from Ogre's 'Path' sample.

Nice concept and good execution - I would like some more irregularity or scratches over the walls texture to make it more realistic. The terrain has some great surfacing details.

Mmm - good point. I could add a 'dirt' shader in the internal network to muss up the walls and wood some.   ;)

That's a great idea. I would suggest to use also some little displacement. I think it would improve a lot :).

OK, I'll see if I can get some time to rework the tgd over the weekend then render a new version next week.

reminds me of the work of an english surrealist painter - whoes name escapes me. Good colour and  mood.

Pretty nice.  I like the sense of space.  I do wonder about the size of the one tree (not the spruces) that seems not scaled correctly.  It could just be me, though.

Objects are so much to keep track of, aren't they?

Oh, and give us some more texturing on the ground, if you please.  Don't give up on it.  Or you could do like I do and just set it aside for awhile and come back.

So this is Disney World.  Can we live here?

Calico - The big tree is a chestnut. Actually, I think they do get pretty enourmous. I scaled the model to .8 as it is.   :)

I'll see if I can make some improvements to it next week. I don't have a whole lot of time to spare on the project that involves TG at the moment - just trying to keep my hand in, doncha know.   ;D
