Terragen stopped running in paid mode

I renewed my subscription in July, and Terragen has been running fine. This morning I opened it to continue working on a piece and it has suddenly started opening only in free mode. I have contacted planetside, but thought I'd ask here as well

I redownloaded my keyhole and replaced it seems to be working now. That was strange to say the least
